A dedicated Design and Build Consultant can work with you to select a plan that best suits your needs, and turns your best ideas into something that’s workable and cost effective, so feels free to tell them everything you need in mind, this is all about you, and we’re here to listen. Our experienced consultants can review your site before you purchase it and this is for free. Indelible Homes will then work up a design brief that covers every desire, ambition and functional need. Our design team will develop customised concepts based on your preferred concept plan, floor plan and elevations that can then be discussed, modified and approved.
We will explain the specifications and inclusions, so that you know exactly what’s provided, or we can price your design very quickly. With all our plans we can add, change or delete elements to customise the plan to suit your lifestyle. This will give you a better idea of what your new home will look like and how it will interact with the environment it will be built in.
QUOTE Your house plan is then priced with detailed specifications. At Indelible Homes, we believe strongly that building companies have a responsibility to provide our clients with a quote that is based on facts, not guesswork. Often this part of the process will involve further consultation to refine or change your new home details. At this stage, you can work with Indelible Homes experienced consultant to select colours, claddings, fixtures and fittings that reflect your personalisation.
At your request, our expert consultant can provide
assistance. Then we’ll finalise a fixed-price quotation based on a detailed specification and schedule of finishes. Once you agree on these, we
can proceed to a contract to secure your new home at a fixed price.
CONTRACT Once all of the plans, costing and working drawings are approved, we will present you with a Registered Master Builder approved contract. We also prepare you with a documents folder including the final plans, specifications and a construction guarantee. The contract also sets out the payment schedule for the various stages of construction.
Our experienced Compliance and Consent teams within Indelible Homes deal with councils and building authorities every day, so we make sure all legal and council requirements are in order.
We will prepare working drawing, get engineers sign-off, prepare and lodge your building consent after you sign-off documents. These documents will include details about exactly what your new home investment will be, along with a comprehensive list of everything that will be included( Fixed Price Quote). While this work and consultation are happening, you can receive and make the existing final decisions about colours and materials that truly make your new house sweet home. This is your chance to really personalise your new home.

Congratulations! It’s time to move in and start your new life in your new home.
On completion of your new home we will perform a quality-control check and arrange the final council inspection. We’ll take you through all the operational aspects of the house. We will also get your home fully cleaned before you move in, and then we hand you the keys and celebrate your new home.
